Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within the time frame mentioned at the time of checkout. Depending on your location, orders are shipped or delivered only during operational hours.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few hours or delivered the next day. Please allow an additional hour in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping charges are based on your pin code, and the exact charges will be shown during checkout.

For major locations, the delivery timeline is within the same day (1-day) if the order is placed before 6 PM.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has been placed.

Damages

SVSdigitech is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
